Nutrient Nation

Rebecca at Nutrient Nation is an accomplished dietitian who was working with athletes, but wanted to target gym-goers too. These are professionals who exercise a few times per week and want nutrition advice that supports their busy schedules.

After speaking with Rebecca’s clients, I identified the main reasons why this part of her market want to see a dietitian… and, most importantly, why they put it off. These insights were used to create copy that makes the brand approachable.

The result is a website that positions lifestyle change as achievable and affordable, even if you are busy or haven’t seen a dietitian before.

Family Clean

Family Clean is a cleaning agency based in Brisbane. They were perceived as a family cleaning business, but the reality is they now have a large number of cleaning crews and a training program for new cleaners.

Through research, we identified that many of their customers had used a cleaner before and wanted to use an agency for a more professional service. We used these insights to develop relatable copy that strikes the balance between professionalism and the personal nature of bringing a cleaner into the home.

We continue to collaborate on blogs and email marketing, sending segmented campaigns to maximise return on investment.

Wangi Shores Retirement Village

Wangi Shores is a lakeside retirement village. It is an initiative of a local community organisation, which makes it a friendly place to live.

When Wangi Shores approached me, they were preparing to release a new stage of properties to the market. They wanted a website that better reflected the uniqueness of their location on the lake and the community of residents.

By gathering data from residents, I was able to update the copy to reflect what they love most about living there, right down to the birds that sit on their balconies. These ‘sticky’ details are memorable to website visitors, because they’re unique to Wangi Shores.
